The R&D department of a European pharmaceutical company was hosting a meeting in New York.

With attendees from Europe and South America the purpose was to give them a perspective of New York City from the water and to help them meet each other outside of their meeting room.

The dinner event needed to be unique, so we expedited their cruise program from the selection of the yacht, menu, entertainment, decorations and tour route.

When the guests arrived they were welcomed aboard with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Then as the cruise began, the first class experience of being on a luxury yacht in New York took over and became an inspiring and as enjoyable an evening as one can imagine.
